Our process begins when you share your specific event date, venue location, and budget. Because we focus on compact home spaces, having these details upfront allows us to select frames and fabric lengths that fit your room dimensions perfectly. If you provide this information early, we can tell you exactly what is realistic for your layout, ensuring the final setup matches the vision without any last-minute surprises on your event day. ### The Pre-Planning Phase We operate on clear communication. We do not share random price lists because we build every setup based on your specific room size. Whether it is a 10x10 balcony or a standard living room, knowing the floor space allows us to choose the right truss frames, drape density, and prop placement. When you enquire, please include your date, venue, and a rough budget. It saves everyone time and allows us to filter for the right designs immediately. ### On-Site Transformation The videos on this page show how we handle vertical impact. In small rooms, we focus on floor-to-ceiling draping, corner floral bunches, and tiered lighting to make the space look grander. Our team handles the heavy lifting—from installing the basic structures to adjusting the neon signage—so you do not have to manage the logistics. We stick to the plan we discussed during the booking process. ### The Payment Reality We require a nominal booking amount to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due immediately after we complete the decoration. We are direct about this because it keeps our operations running smoothly and ensures we are fully committed to your event. If you want a setup that is honest, efficient, and fits your home, that is exactly how we work. ## About Blue Maniac Events We are Blue Maniac Events.
