For these pastel setups, the key is the density of the floral arrangements on the arch. We use high-quality artificial roses and hydrangeas to ensure the backdrop looks full and vibrant in your photos, rather than sparse or thin. We keep the frames sized specifically for home spaces, meaning you get a premium look without it taking over your entire living room. ### Our Approach to Pastel Styling Pastel themes have become a go-to for intimate celebrations because they offer a clean, sophisticated look that photographs beautifully. Whether it is a daytime Mehendi or an evening Roka, these light hues create a soft environment that doesn't feel cluttered. **What to Expect From Our Setups:** * **Color Palette:** We stick to blush pinks, soft lavenders, and mint greens, balanced with white sheer drapes to keep the focus on you, not just the background. * **The Neon Touch:** Most of our pastel packages include a neon sign (like 'Mehendi' or 'Better Together') which provides a modern contrast to the delicate florals. * **Space Management:** We understand that most home functions take place in standard living rooms or terraces. We offer standard 8x8 ft backdrops that fit perfectly in these spaces, as well as larger stage setups if you are hosting at a banquet hall. ### How We Manage Your Setup We believe in clear communication to avoid any last-minute stress. When you book a pastel theme with us, we coordinate the entire setup process. This includes the draping, the floral arch construction, and the lighting—using LED par cans to ensure the pastel colors pop even in indoor lighting. **Things to Consider Before Booking:** * **Availability:** February and peak wedding months get fully booked quickly. We recommend sharing your date as soon as you have it. * **Process:** We require your event date, time, and location upfront. This helps us confirm our travel feasibility to your specific area in Delhi, Gurugram, or Noida. * **Budget:** We have options ranging from standard compact backdrops to grand stage setups. Tell us your budget, and we will show you what fits best, keeping the styling consistent regardless of the scale. ## About Blue Maniac Events We are Blue Maniac Events, and we focus on making your home event look put-together without the endless back-and-forth.
