Our process begins with mounting a customized Mild Steel wire mesh grid to your wall, which is essential because it secures the heavy-duty panels while allowing necessary airflow behind the wall to prevent dampness and surface damage. ### Our Systematic Installation Approach When we take on an installation, whether it is for a corporate lobby or a residential balcony, we follow a strict technical procedure to ensure longevity and a realistic finish. #### 1. Site Preparation and Structural Setup Before any greenery is installed, we prepare the surface. For vertical gardens, we install the Mild Steel grid base using heavy-duty hardware including rawl plugs and industrial screws. This framework creates the necessary distance from the wall for airflow. #### 2. Foliage Application We layer our 3D foliage panels to create a textured, natural appearance. Our installation teams cut the panels to fit around existing fixtures such as switchboards, corners, and architectural edges. We use a mix of ferns, ivy, and boxwood to ensure the grid pattern remains invisible and the final display looks uniform. #### 3. Finishing and Detailing No project is complete without thorough detailing. For potted plant setups, we use high-density foam filling in planters to provide weight and stability, finished with a top layer of river pebbles to conceal the internal structure.
