We start with a quick assessment to understand your comfort level and goals. Even in our group batches, you get hands-on feedback on your stroke mechanics—like correcting a dropped elbow or fixing your kick timing—so you aren't just grinding laps, you're actually improving your efficiency every session. ### How We Train We operate at Manav Rachna International School, Sector 14, where we maintain a temperature-controlled, clean, and safe environment. Our philosophy is simple: swimming should be a life-long skill, not just a summer hobby. **What makes our classes different?** * **Technique-First Approach:** We don't believe in just 'surviving' the water. We break down the four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, and Butterfly), focusing on body position, breathing, and propulsion. * **Small Batches:** We keep our lane density manageable (usually 4-6 swimmers), allowing coaches to provide the verbal feedback and adjustments you need to get faster and stronger. * **Structured Progression:** From teaching toddlers the basics of water safety to helping adults master the dolphin kick and flip turns, our curriculum is designed to help you move from rookie to ripple master. ### Frequently Asked Questions * **Do I need to bring my own gear?** We provide the essentials like kickboards and pull buoys for drills. You just need to bring your own goggles, cap, and swimwear. * **What if I'm a complete beginner?** That is exactly where we start. Our coaches are trained to help you overcome water anxiety and build a solid foundation of confidence before we introduce advanced drills. * **Are the pools safe?** Yes, hygiene is our priority. We maintain strict water quality standards and have gender-segregated changing areas for your comfort. ## About Blue Dragon Swim School We started Blue Dragon because we were tired of seeing kids stuck on screens and parents struggling to find a space that actually taught real swimming technique. We aren't just here to watch you float; we're here to help you get off the couch, into the pool, and feeling like a better swimmer after every single session.
