I focus on creating sturdy balloon arches and welcome setups that stay put throughout your event, even in busy restaurant or banquet hall lobbies. Whether you need a simple focal point or a full-room transformation, I design the layout specifically to match the floor plan and available space at your location. ### Planning Your Venue Setup Every venue presents a different challenge. A restaurant layout requires different spacing than a private banquet hall or a home party. My goal is to make the space look full and inviting without blocking flow or causing damage. ### Custom Entrance Solutions Your entrance is the first thing guests see. I specialise in: * **Balloon Arches:** Whether it is a classic semi-arch or a modern, organic, full-ring structure, I ensure it is securely mounted or freestanding. * **Welcome Displays:** Custom printed signage on easels, accented with organic balloon clusters, creates a perfect photo opportunity for guests arriving at your party. * **Ceiling & Space Fillers:** For large halls, I use ceiling balloons and hanging clusters to fill empty vertical space, making the room feel warmer and more festive. ### Practical Considerations * **Surface Safety:** I use masking or paper tape for wall-mounted setups. If you are booking a professional venue, please check if they have restrictions on wall mounting so I can plan for freestanding ring structures or pedestals instead. * **Setup Time:** Most venue setups take between 60 and 90 minutes. I prefer to arrive well before your guests to ensure everything is perfect, including final adjustments to shimmer curtains or neon signs. * **Rental Items:** Structures like metal rings, pedestals, and neon signage are rental items and will be collected the next day. This keeps your costs lower than buying custom structures for one-time use. ## About Blue Cloud Decorations I am the face behind Blue Cloud Decorations, and my goal is to turn any space into a party zone without the stress.
