If you choose heavy zardosi or pearl work on delicate organza, the drape changes entirely. I make sure our structural reinforcement, like the high-quality facing cloth I use on all borders, keeps the work crisp and comfortable against your skin throughout the ceremony. ### The Anatomy of My Embroidery Every design I create starts with the choice of technique. For a Muhurtham or a grand reception, we often lean towards Zardosi—the metallic wire work that gives a regal, heavy finish. I use tarnish-resistant materials to ensure that the shine lasts long after the wedding day. If you prefer something lighter, like for a festive saree, I incorporate Cutdana (glass beads) and sequins. These catch the light beautifully and provide texture without weighing down the garment. ### Why Technique Matters My work often involves 3D elements like fabric petals and beads. These do more than just decorate; they create dimension. When a piece is crafted with these techniques, it looks different in every frame of a photograph. I focus on a few key technical details: * **Support:** For heavy work, I use soft facing fabric on the back of the borders.
