When your pup spends time at Blooming Tails, they aren't just a booking. We know every dog has a unique personality, and our cage-free approach is designed to keep them happy, relaxed, and safe without the stress of being confined. Every dog who visits us is treated like our own. Our journey began with our personal experience raising our dogs, Zorro and Lucky, and realizing that Gurgaon needed a place where pets could just be dogs. That means running free, splashing in the pool, and making friends without the restriction of cages. We understand that leaving your dog, whether for a grooming session or a longer stay, can be nerve-wracking. That is why transparency is part of our routine. We want you to feel the same peace of mind we would want for our own pets. If your dog is anxious or shy, we take the time to build trust. Whether it is a grooming appointment involving a gentle bath or a stay at our facility, we move at the dog's pace. We are here to handle the grooming hygiene, the playtime, and the socialization, while you get the peace of mind knowing your furry family member is having a great day. Our staff is trained to watch for body language, ensuring that every interaction—from the dog park to the grooming table—remains positive and stress-free. ## About Blooming Tails by Petmetz We are the Petmetz family, and our world revolves around our furry babies. It all started with our own two goofballs, Zorro and Lucky, who inspired us to build a space where dogs can truly be themselves—no cages, just joy and endless cuddles.
