Our pool sessions are fully assisted, meaning a staff member is always in the water with your dog. This is especially helpful for first-time swimmers or nervous pups who need a little confidence boost before they start paddling comfortably. ### Why Our Pool? Most swimming pools for dogs are just open tanks. We designed ours with a 3-4 feet depth and specific safety protocols. Whether your pup is an experienced swimmer or dipping their paws for the first time, our staff is always inside the water with them. This is not just for supervision, it is about building their confidence. ### How It Works * **Slots:** We operate on dedicated slots in the morning (7:00 am - 10:30 am) and evening (5:00 pm - 8:00 pm) to ensure we do not overcrowd the pool and every dog gets proper attention. * **The Routine:** Every booking includes a 1-hour assisted swim session, followed immediately by 1-hour access to our agility park. This allows your dog to air-dry naturally while running around, which helps prevent skin issues. * **Hygiene First:** We provide fresh water rinse stations and towels after every swim. We maintain strict hygiene standards, so a valid vaccination certificate is mandatory for every entry. ### Tips for Your Visit * **What to bring:** Bring your dog's regular collar or harness, a favorite floaty toy if they have one (though we provide plenty), and a treat or two to reward them after their swim. * **First-timers:** If your dog is nervous, let us know before you arrive. We have specific techniques to introduce them to water gently without forcing them. ## About Blooming Tails by Petmetz We are the family behind Blooming Tails, and we built this place for our own two goofballs, Zorro and Lucky. We believe every dog is family, and our pool is just an extension of that, giving them a safe, fun spot to cool off without the stress of being in a cage.
