## About Dog Boarding & Daycare

### Why We Do What We Do

Dogs deserve a place where they can just be dogs. That’s why we built Blooming Tails by Petmetz - a spot for them to play, chill, and get loads of attention when you’re busy or traveling. Seeing happy, waggy tails is honestly the best part of our day.

### What Your Dog Gets

- Cageless dog boarding - they roam free, no cages, just open space
- Big green park (yep, over an acre), indoor play too, packed with agility toys and space to run
- Supervised doggy swimming pool sessions, because some pups love a splash
- Home-cooked dog meals, veg or non-veg, made fresh every day
- Cozy, air-conditioned rooms for overnighters, so they sleep easy
- We keep routines for meals and potty breaks so they feel at home

### How We Keep You in the Loop

- Daily pet photo updates, videos too, so you don’t miss their goofy side
- Video calls if you just really need to see them
- 24x7 staff and CCTV - someone’s always watching out for your dog
- All dogs need updated vaccinations, safety is non-negotiable

### Extra Perks

- Pick-up and drop service to save you time
- Long stays? Free grooming if your pup chills with us for 15 days or more
- Special deals for regulars - monthly, half-yearly, annual daycare packs

Honestly, it’s not perfect - some dogs take a day or two to settle, and we do our best to help them adjust. But we treat every dog like our own, and that’s really what makes this place special.

### My story

Hey there, we’re the family behind Blooming Tails. Honestly, it all started with our love for dogs and our own two goofballs, Zorro and Lucky. We wanted a space in Gurgaon where dogs could play, run wild, and feel at home – not stuck in cages. Every dog is family here. We celebrate birthdays, snap silly pics, and give endless cuddles. It’s not just work for us, it’s pure joy. Pampering pups, making memories. That’s our vibe.
