We handle the lights, florals, and seating so you can focus on the moment. ## Photos and videos - ![I love transforming outdoor spaces, like this garden proposal setup under a large tree. The design includes a floral arch draped with soft fabric, hanging lanterns, and a rose petal aisle, using colored lights to create a magical atmosphere after sunset.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/16241d7e-ddc6-4fab-aa48-2c1ac5c4238f) ## About Outdoor Romantic Settings Working outdoors in our city means we have to be smart about uneven ground and evening lighting. I always visit your chosen spot first to check the wind direction and available power points, because the last thing you want is a fairy light string going dead right when you pop the question. Outdoor decor is all about embracing the natural surroundings while adding that special touch. Whether it is a quiet garden proposal or a terrace anniversary, I bring the right gear to make it happen safely. ### Lighting Strategy In open spaces, ambient lighting is everything. I use battery-operated fairy lights, LED candles, and focus PAR cans to ensure we do not need a massive power source nearby while still keeping the area bright and photogenic after sunset. ### Structural Setup For grassy lawns or loose soil, I use weighted stands for floral arches and backdrops so nothing tips over. We always plan a solid base for floor seating to keep rugs and cushions clean, even if the grass is a bit damp. ### Weather Prep Since we operate across Hubli-Dharwad, I keep a close eye on the weather forecast. If rain is even a slight possibility, I make sure we have a backup plan, whether it is moving to a covered patio or using weather-resistant materials. ### Floral Maintenance Fresh flowers are stunning, but the Hubli heat can be harsh. I use a mix of high-quality artificial greenery on the arches for durability, accenting with fresh petals and seasonal blooms right before your event starts to keep everything looking crisp. ## About Anusha Devle Hey, I am Anusha from Bloom Events.
