That’s because our workshops are designed for doing, not just watching. Whether it’s pouring fluid art at a luxury retreat or blending perfumes at a corporate offsite, we keep the pressure low and the laughs high. If your team is worried about being 'bad' at art, tell them to relax; our only rule is that there are no mistakes, just happy accidents. People often ask us if their team needs to be artistic to enjoy our workshops. The answer is always no. When you look at the photos from our sessions, whether it's the Jar retreat at Rosetta Sakleshpur or a perfumery class at Tamara, you see the same thing: genuine surprise. People are usually amazed that they could actually blend a scent, pour fluid art, or print a block pattern. We focus on accessibility. We bring the materials, the setup, and the guidance so you do not have to worry about a thing. We have set up creative zones in office spaces, resorts, and conference halls across India. We have seen teams from Google, PWC, and many others find that creating something together is a far more effective way to bond than a standard meeting. We keep the atmosphere casual. Our teachers, including Monali, Pooja, and Vinita, are not there to lecture. They are there to joke around and make sure everyone feels comfortable. When a participant realizes they have created something they are proud of, that is the moment we are working for. If you are planning a team building event, look for activities that allow for this kind of low-stakes experimentation. It is not about the art; it is about the permission to play. ## About Bloom and Grow We are a team of artists and teachers who believe art is for everyone, regardless of skill. We make it easy for your team to let their guard down, pick up a brush or a pottery wheel, and just create. If you are looking for a break from the routine, we are here to help you bloom.
