We do not just put up a standard backdrop; we build organic balloon garlands and custom signage that fits your chosen venue, whether it is a cozy home garden or a ballroom at a property like the ITC Windsor. It is about creating that exact moment your child imagines, ensuring the decor is styled perfectly for the space. ### Our Approach to Magical Themes We believe a child's birthday is more than just a party. It is a moment in time for your family. That is why we focus on high-quality, custom setups rather than mass-produced decorations. We take the time to learn what your child is currently obsessed with—be it a favorite Disney princess, a superhero, or a specific character—and we build the entire environment around that story. ### What Goes Into Your Setup Each theme we style includes: * **Custom Backdrops:** We often use 8ft x 8ft shimmer or sequin walls, custom painted arches, or structured panels to anchor the space. * **Organic Balloon Art:** We move away from standard latex setups, opting for heavy, organic balloon garlands in chrome or pastel matte finishes that feel lush and full. * **Themed Details:** From custom name cutouts and marquee light-up numbers to themed dessert plinths, every element is chosen to create that 'wow' moment for the kids. * **Venue Adaptation:** Whether you are celebrating at home or a major venue like the Taj West End, we adjust our structures, lighting, and floral accents to ensure the decor looks right for the specific room or garden setting. ### Important Considerations * **Setup Time:** Depending on the complexity of the backdrop and balloon garland, we typically require 3 to 5 hours on-site to ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive. * **Planning:** We love working with families who plan ahead. If you have a specific date in mind, especially for a weekend, please reach out as early as possible so we can secure the materials for your theme. * **Decor Focus:** Our focus is entirely on the visual transformation of the space. While we do not provide the catering or the cake itself, our setups are designed specifically to elevate your dessert table and photo areas. ## About Blingz Events I am Sindhu from Blingz Events.
