Because the Lambeth piping, hand-tied satin ribbons, and intricate bow placements are labor-intensive, I require at least 3 days notice to ensure the finish is sharp and the aesthetics are on point. The balletcore trend isn't just for fashion—it’s made for dessert too. Whether you’re planning a bridal shower or just want a cake that serves main character energy, these designs bring a touch of nostalgia to the table. My approach mixes classic vintage techniques with a clean, modern finish. I use American buttercream for the structural integrity needed for ruffles and piping, ensuring the cake looks as dreamy in photos as it does in person. Everything here is custom. If you have a specific color palette—like dusty rose, sage green, or classic black and white—let me know. I work with satin ribbons, edible pearls, and delicate floral accents to tie the whole look together. It’s not just about the visuals, though. Underneath the piping, we pick flavors that actually taste as good as they look. Whether it’s a heart-shaped cake for an anniversary or a tall cylinder for a roka, I make sure the design fits the vibe of your event perfectly. No cookie-cutter trays here; it's all about thoughtful, edible art delivered fresh across Mumbai. ## About Blend & Whisk I'm Shraddha, and I treat every cake like a personal art project.
