You get on the mats with world-class instructors like Jeff Palmer or Erdem Gencer, drilling specific guard retention mechanics or flow rolling until you understand the concept in your own body. It is intense, hands-on, and directly connects our local BJJ Familia to the broader global Jiu-Jitsu lineage. I believe that to grow in this art, you have to open yourself up to different perspectives. Jiu-Jitsu is a vast language, and every master speaks it with a different accent. By hosting international professors at our studio in Malviya Nagar, I ensure that my students get exposure to diverse teaching methods, signature competitive techniques, and unique strategies that you simply won't find in a standard curriculum. Each seminar is a 3 to 4-hour commitment. We break these sessions down into clear modules. You start with a technical deep dive, where the guest professor dissects a specific movement—be it a complex gi choke or a subtle guard transition. Then, we move to 45 minutes of controlled flow rolling. This is where you test these new concepts against a resisting opponent in a safe environment. We always end with a dedicated Q&A. This is your chance to ask about the history of the sport, the strategy behind a move, or how to handle the mental fatigue that comes with high-level training. We provide professional impact-absorbing tatami mats and an air-conditioned environment to keep the focus purely on the work. You get more than just a technique—you get a certification of participation and a photo with the professor to mark your progress. Whether you are looking to level up your tournament game or just want to understand the finer nuances of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, these seminars are built to challenge your mind and body alike. ## About BJJ Familia I'm Arun.
