By manufacturing every component in our own 28,000 sq. ft. factory here in Chennai, we maintained total control over the timeline and the finishing quality, allowing the gym to open on time without the typical construction delays. ### Our Design Approach for Robur Fitness Hub When we took on the Robur Fitness Hub project, the goal was to create more than just a workout floor. We needed to build a high-energy environment that supported the brand's identity while maximizing utility. We divided the vast space into specialized zones—a cardio area with mirror walls to amplify light, a weight training section with dramatic circular lighting, and a relaxing cafeteria for post-workout recovery. ### Industrial Meets Functional We utilized an industrial design language to keep the space feeling raw and powerful. We installed open, painted industrial ceilings to give the gym height and character, paired with custom-built geometric shelving that acts as both storage and art. The integration of high-impact graphics and backlit logos ensures the brand remains visible from every corner of the facility. ### Why Our Commercial Clients Choose Us - **Factory-Direct Control:** We don't rely on third-party suppliers who might cause delays. Our Chennai-based factory produces everything from modular workstations to custom joinery. - **45-Day Turnkey Delivery:** We understand that commercial downtime costs money. Our project management process is designed to hit strict deadlines, usually between 35 and 45 days. - **10-Year Warranty:** We are confident in the durability of our work. Whether it is the toughened glass partitions or the fire-resistant wiring, we stand by what we build for a full decade. From the reception desk to the DJ area, every element in this gym was engineered for durability and performance. If you are planning a commercial fit-out in Chennai, we bring the same rigorous process to your office, studio, or retail space. ## About Bizzoppo We are Bizzoppo Interiors, and we have been building spaces in Chennai since 2003.
