I arrive about 90 minutes before your planned moment to assemble everything. You do not need to stress about the setup; just walk in, get on one knee, and the scene is ready. A marriage proposal is a high-stakes moment, and the last thing you should worry about is the decoration. My signature ring arch is designed to be the focal point of your surprise. I use a 7-foot diameter metal frame, which provides the stability needed for a substantial, high-quality display. I pack the arch with 200 to 250 balloons, mixing chrome, metallic, and pastel colors to match your preferred theme. The centerpiece is the neon 'Will You Marry Me?' sign, which ensures that the message is clear and looks great in photos. Whether you are popping the question in a hotel room in Delhi, a rented space in Noida, or your own home in Gurugram, I handle the logistics. Included in the proposal package: - Delivery, assembly, and next-day dismantling of the 7-foot ring arch. - 200-250 balloons arranged in an organic garland. - Neon signage installation. - Rose petal scattering on the floor for a classic romantic touch. - Ceiling balloons with ribbons to fill the vertical space. I have been doing this for 9 years and have completed over 2000 events, so I know how to keep things discreet and on schedule. I ensure the balloons are secure and the room looks perfect long before you reach the venue. If you want to add star foils, customize the color palette, or include other romantic props, just let me know when we book. ## About Birthday Party Emperor I am the lead decorator at Birthday Party Emperor.
