Whether it’s a hotel room or your home, we handle all the assembly—from pinning balloons to the ceiling to creating rose petal hearts on the bed—so you can walk in and enjoy the surprise immediately. ### How We Manage Your Surprise We specialize in turning any room into a high-impact surprise venue without damaging the surfaces. We understand the logistics of surprise planning, especially in hotels, so we use temporary, residue-free adhesive dots for ceiling balloons and wall banners. You never have to worry about the cleanup. ### Customizing Your Theme While our signature romantic look features red rose petals and gold balloons, we frequently customize themes based on your partner's preferences. Popular adjustments include: * **Color Palette:** Swap traditional red and gold for blue and silver chrome, black and gold, or soft pastels. * **Foil Banners:** We can swap 'I Love You' for custom birthday age numbers or 'Happy Anniversary' foil letters. * **Lighting:** We use tea-light candles (LED or wax) to create paths and warmth, but we can scale this based on your specific venue's fire safety rules. ### Practical Details for Booking * **Access:** For hotel room setups, we recommend coordinating with the hotel staff to let us in roughly an hour before you plan to arrive with your partner. We are experienced in working with Delhi NCR hotels and understand their entry protocols. * **Durability:** We use premium latex balloons. While ceiling balloons typically hold their float for 12-24 hours depending on the room temperature, our floor arrangements and rose petal designs are built to look fresh the moment you walk through the door. * **Scope:** We handle everything. You do not need to provide any materials. Just share the location and the time you need the surprise ready, and we bring the rest. ## About Birthday Party Emperor We are Birthday Party Emperor, and we have been styling rooms across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram for nine years.
