We typically need about 45 to 60 minutes to transform your space, which means we can easily set everything up while you are out for dinner or running errands. Whether you are planning an anniversary dinner at home, a proposal in a hotel room, or a milestone birthday surprise, we have the experience to make it look right. We have spent the last nine years working across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Ghaziabad, so we know exactly how to manage setups in different types of venues. ### How We Work Our process is designed to be simple and stress-free. You choose the theme—whether it is a classic rose petal arrangement, a neon-lit proposal setup, or a grand room transformation—and we arrive at your location to handle the rest. We use high-quality balloons, secure fairy light cabanas that do not damage surfaces, and fresh rose petals for that signature romantic look. ### Popular Setup Options - **Classic Rose & Balloon:** Perfect for bedrooms. We create heart-shaped designs on the bed with 1kg of fresh petals and outline the room with 50 ceiling balloons. - **Illuminated Cabana:** We build a sheer white net tent over your bed or floor mattress, woven with 6-8 strings of warm fairy lights. - **Grand Ring Arch:** For something dramatic, we use a 7ft metal ring arch wrapped in 200+ chrome and pastel balloons, finished with a custom neon sign. We provide service across the entire Delhi NCR region. Since we focus on budget-friendly setups starting at ₹1499, we ensure you get the look you want without overspending on hidden costs. If you have a specific space, like a terrace or a compact hotel room, let us know when you book. We are used to adapting our designs to fit the layout perfectly. ## About Birthday Party Emperor We are the Birthday Party Emperor team, and we have spent the last nine years perfecting the art of the surprise.
