We typically need 2 to 3 hours for a setup like our circular ring arch, so we plan around your venue’s access time to ensure everything is ready before the first guest arrives. Creating a whimsical atmosphere isn't just about blowing up balloons. Whether you are hosting a birthday in a banquet hall in Delhi or a cozy living room in Noida, we adapt our unicorn and butterfly setups to fit the space. Our team uses a mix of matte pastel balloons—think soft pinks, blues, and lilacs—paired with shimmering details to capture that fairytale aesthetic. For these specific themes, we often incorporate LED marquee letters (like the child's name or age) and neon 'Happy Birthday' signage to add a modern pop. We also use premium sunboard cutouts of unicorns, butterflies, and rainbows that act as the centerpiece for your photo corners. We understand that every venue has different constraints. Whether you need a 6ft circular frame for a compact area or a full 8ft shimmer wall for a larger stage, we provide the right equipment. All our hard props, like iron stands, neon lights, and marquee letters, are provided on a rental basis, keeping the setup affordable without sacrificing quality. We handle the transport and setup, so you don't have to worry about the logistics—just the smiles. ## About Birthday Party Emperor We are Birthday Party Emperor, and we’ve spent the last 9 years turning simple rooms into magical party spaces for over 2,000 families in Delhi NCR.
