Since outdoor setups face wind and direct sun, we use specific weighted bases for all balloon arches and secure backdrops so your decorations stay put for the whole event. When we chat, let us know if you have a shaded area or if it is fully open-to-sky so we can bring the right frame and lighting gear. Whether you are planning a small rooftop birthday or a milestone anniversary on your lawn, outdoor setups require a different approach than indoor halls. We specialize in making the most of terrace layouts, using fairy lights to create a warm glow and balloon garlands that survive the breeze. ### How We Set Up Your Terrace * **Cabana & Canopy Seating:** We create dedicated corners with fairy lights and cushions, perfect for evening chill sessions or intimate birthday dinners. * **Balloon Arches & Pillars:** We use durable, high-quality balloons designed for outdoor conditions, ensuring they hold up against Bengaluru’s weather. * **Custom Backdrops:** From shimmering sequin walls to personalized flex prints with your name and age, we ensure the backdrop is the center of attention, even in natural light. * **Lighting:** We add professional uplighting to emphasize your color scheme, ensuring the party looks just as good at night as it does during the day. We typically need about 2 to 4 hours for a full setup, depending on the complexity of the design. We handle all logistics—from hauling the metal frames to ensuring all electrical cords for lights are taped down safely. If you have a specific vision for your terrace, just show us a reference or tell us the vibe you want, and we will make it work within your space. ## About Birthday Planner We are a team of birthday planners from namma Bengaluru who love making every party pop.
