We always use weighted balloon bases and secure backdrop frames properly to ensure your decor stays put regardless of the weather. We also time our setup carefully to minimize sun exposure for the balloons, keeping them looking fresh and vibrant throughout your event. Planning an outdoor event gives you the best natural lighting, but it also requires a specific approach to setup. Whether you are hosting a birthday, baby shower, or a surprise proposal, we focus on making your terrace or patio look polished and intentional. ### Why Terrace Setup Matters Terraces offer great space, but they lack the controlled environment of an indoor hall. We handle this by using freestanding structures that do not rely on walls or nails. Our organic balloon garlands are built on portable frames, meaning we can set them up anywhere from a rooftop to a garden corner. ### Popular Themes for Outdoors * **Jungle Safari:** Using green tones with animal cutouts looks excellent against natural greenery. We use matte finish balloons to avoid excessive glare in the sunlight. * **Elegant Birthdays:** Gold, rose gold, and white palettes work well for evening terrace parties. We add neon signs to these setups, which pop beautifully as the sun goes down. * **Baby Showers:** Pastel balloon arches combined with sheer fabric drapes create a soft, inviting look for outdoor ceremonies. ### Practical Considerations We bring everything required, including extension cords for lighting if you need evening visibility. Since outdoor events are subject to Bangalore’s unpredictable weather, we recommend having a backup indoor spot or a covered area just in case it rains. When you chat with us, let us know the size of your terrace so we can suggest the right backdrop width, whether it is a 6ft circular frame or an 8ft rectangular structure. ## About Birthday Planner We are a team of event planners based in Bengaluru who love using your open spaces to make parties pop. Whether it is a breezy terrace or a sunny patio, we have figured out how to make balloons and backdrops work perfectly. Just show us the space and we will handle the setup.
