My team manages the physical setup, from transporting the heart-shaped rose arch to arranging the red carpet and lighting, ensuring everything is ready before you arrive. I offer two main paths for these setups: the Beachside Proposal and the Intimate Home Proposal. For beach locations in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Lonavala, my team arrives early to secure the spot and lay out the red carpet aisle, heavy-duty metal arches covered in artificial red roses, and the dining table. Because beach spots often require permission from local authorities or beach clubs, I ask that you secure these permits beforehand. I handle the rest of the logistics, including labor, transport, and installation. For home proposals, I work with smaller, flexible structures that fit into living rooms or balconies. These often include circular arches with fairy lights, custom neon 'Marry Me' signage, and floor lighting to create a mood without needing massive space. Everything I use, from the artificial florals to the props, is designed to be transported easily. If you have a specific date in mind, especially for weekends, get in touch early to confirm my team's schedule. ## About Silver Wings Events We are Silver Wings Events, a team born and raised in Mumbai.
