Whether it is coordinating with the catering team to ensure a structured buffet layout or hand-assembling custom floral stands to match your theme, we manage these backend logistics so the event flows smoothly. You do not need to worry about the operational gaps that often cause stress at family functions. Most clients see the finished stage or the perfect table setting, but our work starts hours before. We specialize in filling the gaps between services. If the florist needs specific flower types or the catering team requires a structured layout for their buffet, we bridge that connection. ### Our Process Our approach is simple: we handle the chaos so you do not have to. - **Floral Craftsmanship:** We do not just buy pre-made arrangements. From selecting lilies and daisies to building custom stands, we craft our decor elements in-house. - **Catering Coordination:** Managing food service requires timing and space. We work directly with catering staff to ensure the buffet, service lines, and seating areas are organized and practical for your venue. - **Logistics & Planning:** Operating in Mumbai, Thane, and Lonavala, we know these venues well. We understand the specific logistical hurdles, such as venue load-in timings, power access, and space constraints, that can derail a standard event plan. We provide planning support for everything from intimate home rokas to large corporate galas. If you are looking for a partner who rolls up their sleeves to ensure the catering, decor, and timeline work together, we are the team to call. ## About Silver Wings Events At Silver Wings Events, we do not just set up decor. We manage the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a party moving.
