I use weighted stands and reinforced structures for terraces and lawns so your decorations stay put, even if there is a light breeze. Setting up a party outdoors brings its own set of challenges, from unpredictable weather to managing open spaces. Whether you have a rooftop terrace in Gurgaon or a lawn in Noida, my team ensures the decor looks professional and stays upright. ### Why Choose Outdoor Setups Outdoor parties offer great natural light for daytime events and a beautiful ambiance for evening celebrations. For daytime anniversaries, I focus on pastel and chrome balloons that pop against the sky. For evening events, I prioritize LED marquee numbers and neon signs that glow against the night, creating a perfect backdrop for cake cutting. ### What I Bring to Your Space - **Stable Structures:** I use circular metal rings and heavy-duty stands for balloon arches, ensuring they do not tip over on uneven surfaces. - **Lighting:** Fairy lights and neon signage are staples for outdoor anniversary setups to maintain visibility and style after sunset. - **Space Requirements:** For my popular Cabana Tent setup, I need a clear 6x6 ft space. If you are planning a grander celebration, I can install shimmer walls and organic balloon garlands that suit larger banquet or terrace areas. ### Logistics and Coverage I operate across the Delhi NCR region, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Faridabad. Because these setups involve rented equipment like marquee numbers and metal frames, I handle the drop-off and the next-day collection so you do not have to worry about the logistics. Need something done today? Call me. I offer same-day service for most outdoor decor packages. ## About Sakshi Events I am Sakshi Events, and I specialize in making your terrace or garden look like a professional party venue.
