In our Greater Kailash projects, we first assess the slab capacity and existing drainage lines. Skipping this step leads to water seepage and structural issues later, so we build the technical framework first to ensure your garden remains sound for years. ### Our Process of Architectural Transformation Every project we undertake begins long before the first brick is laid. We treat terrace landscaping as an architectural extension of the building rather than a decorative addition. Our approach relies on a rigorous sequence that ensures both durability and aesthetic quality. ### Technical Assessment Before any design concepts are drafted, we conduct a site survey. This involves calculating the structural load capacity of your roof slab to ensure it can support heavy planters, soil, and hardscape features. We also inspect existing drainage points to prevent water pooling, which is a common issue in the Delhi climate. ### 3D Visualization and Planning We translate the raw site into a photorealistic 3D render. This stage is crucial because it allows us to finalize zoning—identifying where the lounge, dining, and green zones sit relative to the sun path. By the time we arrive on-site with materials, you already know exactly how the light will hit your new space. ### Execution and Finish The transition from a barren rooftop to a landscaped garden requires precise civil work. This includes constructing water-tight planter beds, installing high-density artificial turf, and setting up automated drip irrigation systems. For our Delhi NCR projects, we focus on material selection that withstands local weather, using exterior-grade cladding and weather-proof coatings for all structural elements like pergolas. Whether you have a compact balcony or a sprawling rooftop, the goal is to create a space that feels like a natural part of your home. We handle the technical complexities so you can focus on the final reveal. ## About Biha Architects We are Biha Architects, and we spend as much time sketching in our office as we do climbing ladders on-site.
