Whether we are transforming a rooftop or a compact living room, our team manages the entire process. This includes building the backdrop structures, inflating hundreds of balloons, and handling the wiring for marquee lights. Most importantly, we handle the cleanup after the event ends, so you are left with only your photos and memories, not a mess. ### How We Manage Your Setup When we arrive at your venue, our process is systematic. We start by mapping out the floor space to ensure the 6x7ft or 12ft backdrops are perfectly balanced. For our standard setups, we prioritize secure mounting for neon signage, ensuring all electrical connections are safe and hidden. ### Transforming Small Spaces Many of our clients in Kalaburagi host celebrations in compact apartments or home halls. We excel at small space transformation. We use vertical layouts, like dense balloon garlands and pedestals, to make the area look full and festive without crowding your guests. If you have a tight floor plan, tell us your venue dimensions, and we will adapt our design to fit your space perfectly. ### Our Process 1. **Planning:** We review your venue and chosen theme to select the right equipment. 2. **Setup:** Our team arrives on-site to build the backdrop, arrange props, and style the balloons. 3. **Safety Check:** We secure all marquee lights and freestanding cutouts. 4. **Cleanup:** Once your event is over, we dismantle the structure and clear the area. Whether you have chosen a jungle theme, a butterfly setup, or a 25th-anniversary marquee display, we bring the specific tools required for that look. We are here to handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on your guests. ## About Big Shot Events We are Big Shot Events, a team right here in Kalaburagi dedicated to making your celebrations look awesome.
