We handle the entire structure, from the balloon arches to the banner mounting and LED lighting, so your student committee doesn't have to worry about the heavy lifting, setup, or post-event cleanup. College events require a specific balance—they need to be visually striking for social media and stage performances, but they also have to fit within a student-friendly budget. We design our campus setups to be practical and flexible. Whether your venue is an auditorium, a college quad, or a seminar hall, we utilize modular fabric draping, LED mood lighting, and floral accents that transform standard rooms into lively event spaces. Our typical campus setup includes: * **Stage Backdrops:** We create fabric-draped backdrops up to 15-20 feet wide, perfectly sized for award ceremonies and cultural performances. * **Photo-Op Areas:** We include balloon arches or themed photo walls, which are essential for student events where everyone wants a picture. * **Lighting & Atmosphere:** Our LED PAR cans wash the stage in your college colors, providing a professional look without the high cost of rental lighting rigs. Because we know how busy student committees are, we manage the logistics end-to-end. We arrive early for the 3-4 hour setup window and ensure everything is packed away once the fest is over. If you are worried about the venue size or the budget, reach out and we can walk you through options that make your event space look full and festive. ## About Big Shot Events We are Big Shot Events, and we thrive on the high energy of college fests and annual days.
