Before we pick the perfect swing or rattan chair, I focus on the structural reality—waterproofing, drainage slopes, and selecting materials that will not fade or rust in our salt air. You get a space that looks beautiful today and stays that way through the rains. Creating an outdoor space that truly lasts requires more than just good furniture. Whether you have a compact balcony or a sprawling penthouse terrace, the process starts with understanding the flow of your home. I treat these areas as an extension of your living room, ensuring the design language is consistent. ### The Practical Side Living in Mumbai means designing for extreme weather. My outdoor packages go deep into technical details: * **Waterproofing & Drainage:** Critical for any terrace or balcony to prevent seepage. We calculate slopes and drainage paths first. * **Materials:** I select weather-proof wood, WPC decking, and rust-resistant metals that handle the heat and humidity without losing their finish. * **Roofing & Shade:** For terrace areas, we design custom MS or SS structures to house glass roofs or pergolas, giving you a year-round usable space. ### Designing Your Khazana Once the bones are solid, we get to the fun part. I love working with vertical gardens to bring greenery into urban apartments where space is limited. We can plan for built-in irrigation, so your plants stay happy even if you are busy. Lighting is another game-changer; we use warm ambient lights and focused plant spikes to set the mood for evening coffee or hosting friends. Whether you want a calm reading nook with a swing sofa or an entertaining zone with a built-in bar, let's talk about what makes sense for your square footage. 🫶🏼 ## About Bhumii Saglani Hi, I'm Bhumii.
