They thrive with indirect, bright light, which helps keep those vibrant pink and red hues sharp. We suggest placing them near a window, but keep them away from harsh afternoon sun to prevent the leaves from fading. Finding the right indoor plant is about matching your space to the plant's natural habitat. Our colourful collection includes varieties that act as statement pieces for your living room or study. ### Why Choose Colourful Foliage? Plants like the **Aglaonema** (Chinese Evergreen) or **Caladium** (Heart of Jesus) offer permanent colour that doesn't rely on seasonal flowering. The 'Pink Lipstick' variety, for instance, provides a consistent pop of colour that stays vibrant throughout the year. If you have a space with lower light, our Green Aglaonema or the subtle 'Grey Hound' variety are reliable choices that adapt quickly to indoor environments. ### Tips for Keeping Your Plants Happy - **Humidity Matters:** Plants like the **Fittonia** (Nerve Plant) love humidity. We often recommend placing them in bathrooms or grouping them together with other plants to create a micro-climate. - **Watering:** For our variegated **Pedilanthus** and succulents, let the soil dry out significantly between waterings. These architectural plants dislike 'wet feet' and prefer a well-draining potting mix. - **Placement:** Whether you are in Kopar Khairane or elsewhere in Mumbai, avoid placing these delicate foliage plants directly under heavy AC vents or right in the path of hot summer winds. We source and nurture these plants to ensure they are established before they reach your home. If you aren't sure which variety suits your specific light conditions, let us know and we can help you pick one that will actually thrive in your space. ## About Bhoomi Exotica We are a small, family-run nursery in Kopar Khairane.
