Because we are an active garden, we can only accommodate small, intimate groups of up to 15 people to keep the space comfortable and ensure our plants (and your party) have enough room to breathe. When you choose to host your birthday, anniversary, or private date with us, you are stepping away from the city noise and into a curated botanical environment. Our venue is defined by nature, not drywall and paint. You will find winding stone paths, fresh orchids, and the consistent, calming sound of our indoor waterfall, which acts as a natural soundscape for your event. ### Why Choose A Living Venue? Unlike standard banquet venues, our setting changes with the seasons and the growth of our collection. We handle all the heavy lifting for your event, from setting up metallic balloon garlands and wicker pendant lights to arranging fresh fruit baskets and floral centerpieces. We focus on natural themes, often using dried Pampas grass, peacock feathers, and Kokedama to create a look that feels earthy yet premium. ### Practical Details for Your Visit - **Capacity:** We specialize in intimate gatherings of 10-15 guests for parties. For private dates, we offer secluded, exclusive sections of the nursery for 3-hour slots. - **Setting:** We use industrial fans for airflow and natural shade netting, but remember that this is an outdoor-style environment. It is ideal for those who love greenery and want a backdrop that doesn't need artificial decorations. - **Customization:** Because we are a nursery first, we can easily incorporate rare plants or custom terrariums into your event decor, which you can even take home as party favors. Whether you want a romantic setup with rose petals and fairy lights or a vibrant boho party with JBL music and tropical blooms, we build the space around the vibe you want. ## About Bhoomi Exotica We are a team of plant enthusiasts who turned our Kopar Khairane nursery into a space for people to reconnect with nature.
