From that HydraFacial at Amritaya Clinic to using Wested Buds Nutrition for post-workout recovery, I only talk about things that have genuinely made a difference in my daily life. Health isn't a one-size-fits-all thing, yaar. That’s why my approach is holistic. If you look closely, you’ll see I test everything before I recommend it. ### Skin & Hair Care I’ve been open about my skin journey because, let's be honest, good skin gives you that extra boost of confidence. I’ve documented my experiences with carbon laser treatments at Revival Skin Surgery and mesotherapy at Skinfinity Derma Clinic in Delhi NCR. These aren't just ads; these are real treatments that helped me tackle hair fall and get that pre-event glow. ### Fitness & Nutrition When I hit the gym, especially places like The Fitness Bar in Bata Chowk, I look for equipment that matches my vibe and nutrition that actually works. Recovering from a workout is just as important as the training itself, which is why I’m particular about the supplements I use. ### Lifestyle & Wellness Tech Then there’s the ‘everyday’ health stuff. Whether it’s a Neend pillow spray to help with sleep, an Agaro oral irrigator, or period-care solutions like EverEve, I look for things that solve actual problems. It’s about making life a little easier, and hopefully, a lot healthier. If you see me reviewing something, know that I’ve checked it out personally. Let’s keep the conversation going—tell me what you’re looking to try next! ## About Bhavna Jaiswal I’m Bhavna.
