The secret is simple: it is all about using 100% natural, homemade henna paste and leaving it on for the right amount of time. I prepare my own mix with essential oils, which helps it darken beautifully over 48 hours. Before you book, remember that I need to schedule the application time carefully to allow for proper drying and sealing. The journey of a great henna stain starts long before I even touch the henna cone to your skin. When I work with a bride in Bengaluru, I focus on the entire process, not just the final result. I make my own henna paste using natural ingredients and essential oils. This is crucial because it ensures the stain is dark, rich, and safe for your skin. ### The Application and Drying Process Once I have the design down, the sealant is the next critical step. I apply a lemon-sugar syrup to the henna once it dries. This acts as a protective layer, keeping the paste in place longer so the pigment can penetrate deeply into your skin. For the best colour, I always tell my brides to keep the dried paste on for at least six to eight hours, or even overnight if possible. ### More Than Just Weddings This cluster also shows the work I do with my students.
