They are the only way you stay injury-free. I designed our recovery setup specifically for the high-intensity load of our residential program, so you can walk onto the court every morning ready to push again. ### Living Like an Athlete My residential program is built on simplicity. We use dormitory-style housing with bunk beds because the focus is on training and community, not luxury. You are living with other competitive athletes who share your goal of hitting state and national rankings. It is an environment designed to eliminate distractions and keep your mind on the game. ### Recovery Protocols Training is only half the battle. If you do not recover, you break down. My facility includes: * **On-site Gym:** Equipped with free weights and plyometric tools for sport-specific strength. * **Swimming Pool:** Used for hydrotherapy and low-impact active recovery sessions. * **Injury Prevention:** We integrate ice baths and mobility work into the daily routine to ensure your muscles are ready for the next session. ### The B.B.A. Environment Located in the Panchsheel Greens 2 area, our academy provides a full-time residential experience. You get access to three BWF-approved courts, four high-energy meals a day, and a schedule that spans from early morning fitness to evening match simulations.
