It demands the discipline to perform under immense pressure. This is where my academy players test their training against the best in the country. ## Photos and videos - ![My team of four players representing Bhatt Badminton Academy at the 85th Senior National Badminton Championship in Guwahati. My training regimen forces players to handle match simulation under extreme pressure, ensuring they are mentally and physically prepared to handle the intensity of a national-level tournament without faltering. ### The Reality of Tournament Play When you play at the Senior National level, the margin for error disappears. You are facing opponents who have spent thousands of hours refining their court coverage, stamina, and tactical awareness. This is not the time to be learning basics. This is the time to execute. ### How We Prepare for Nationals My approach to tournament readiness is simple: we simulate the pressure of the biggest stages during your daily sessions in Noida. * **High-Volume Multi-Shuttle Drills:** We run 300+ shuttle drills to ensure that by the time you reach the third set of a tournament match, your legs are still moving and your reflexes remain sharp. * **Tactical Analysis:** I personally review gameplay with my students, focusing on doubles rotation and positioning. We analyze why a point was won or lost so you do not repeat the same errors in the actual tournament. * **Conditioning for Endurance:** Matches at this level are grueling. Our gym program is not for aesthetics. We focus on explosive power, agility, and injury prevention, so your body holds up when the match duration extends. ### The BBA Standard Competing at championships like the Senior Nationals in Guwahati or Pune requires more than just attending the event. It requires a dedicated training ecosystem. My residential program provides the 24/7 focus needed for this level of competition, ensuring your nutrition, rest, and training are strictly managed. If you are serious about representing your state or the country, the work starts on our BWF-approved courts long before the tournament begins. ## About Suraj Bhatt I am Suraj Bhatt.
