## About Your Celebration, Our Commitment

Our bulk-cooking footage shows a wood-fire chulha in use. Traditional cooking sits alongside modern ovens as LPG backup.

"LPG shortage? No problem. Events don't stop, and neither do we." That is our marketing line about preparedness.

The evidenced equipment is wood-fire chulhas and ovens, including a Rational oven at the Adugodi kitchen. It supports LPG backup and smoky flavour in bulk cooking. It is not a promise that no venue issue can delay service.

Wedding and reception schedules are flexible, with staff present through the day. Other event types use ordinary service windows.

At Adugodi, food sampling covers whatever is already cooking for that day's events. It is not a custom menu rehearsal or a contingency-plan demonstration.

## About Bhandary's Kitchen

Your celebration is our responsibility. We use wood-fire cooking and ovens as LPG backup behind our wedding meals.
