Staff wear traditional white shirts and gold-bordered mundus, and guide guests through the meal. ### Karnataka wedding meals Our Mahurtham menus include breakfast and lunch. Karnataka dishes include kashi halwa, holige, akki roti, bisibele bath, kosambari and palya. The South Indian meal offers Mysore, Mangalore and Madras rasam choices. ### Banana leaf and grand thali Grand wedding thalis bring North and South Indian dishes onto one platter. "One thali, seven stories, infinite memories" is how we describe the format. ### Kitchen handling Veg and non-veg use separate vessels. Jain dishes and satvik-style menus are available on request. For strict satvik or Jain conditions, confirm onion-garlic-free vessel history before booking. We do not promise separate preparation space or isolated allergen-safe portions. The brand on one video's end-card is our upcoming Shraddha's Kitchen.
