## About Always Ready: My Commitment to Flawless Service

Our team uses a traditional wood-fire chulha for bulk cooking. This sits alongside modern ovens as LPG backup, not a guarantee against every service disruption.

"LPG shortage? No problem. Events don't stop, and neither do we." That is how we talk about being prepared.

The actual equipment is wood-fire chulhas and modern ovens, including a Rational oven at our Adugodi base. Wood-fire cooking also brings smoky flavour to large-batch preparation.

We cater Bengaluru weddings, parties and corporate events. Large bookings consume multiple daily slots, so availability is checked for the event rather than assumed.

Food sampling is informal at Adugodi and covers that day's event cooking. We do not cook your selected menu for a rehearsal or offer sampling parcels.

## About Bhandary's Kitchen

Your celebration is our responsibility. We use wood-fire cooking and ovens as LPG backup while our team prepares event food.
