Whether it is a small group in the Baltics or a corporate session, the challenge remains the same: helping you quiet the mind. I bring this same approach to my private sessions in Delhi, focusing on root-cause analysis rather than just physical posture. For years, my path has taken me beyond the borders of India. It has been a blessing to connect with students in Riga, Lithuania, and across the Baltics, where the hunger for genuine spiritual grounding is just as strong as it is here at home. These international retreats are rarely just about exercise. They are about Satsang—gathering together to discuss the nature of the self, using tools like Tibetan singing bowls for sound healing, or simply sharing stories that bridge our cultural differences. I have seen how ancient Indian philosophy resonates deeply with people regardless of their geography. Whether I am leading a group in an outdoor festival or teaching a 60-minute virtual session, I maintain a consistent philosophy: yoga is not a trend, and it is not just about flexibility.
