If you are ordering the viral chocolate bars, keep them in the fridge for a bit if you like a firm snap, or eat them at room temperature if you want that creamy pistachio filling to melt. Every batch is made-to-order, so planning your pickup or delivery in advance helps me ensure your dessert is at its absolute freshest. My journey into Middle Eastern sweets started with a simple love for the viral trends I saw from Dubai and a desire to bring those flavors to my neighbors in Panvel. Everything you see here is completely eggless, prepared in my own kitchen, and focuses on getting the texture right—the golden crunch of Kataifi pastry balanced with rich, creamy fillings. ### The Kunafa Experience I specialize in two main ways to enjoy Kunafa: * **Classic Kunafa & Cheesecake Fusion:** I layer a crunchy, ghee-roasted Kunafa base with a smooth, no-bake cheesecake filling. It bridges the gap between traditional Arabic sweets and the desserts my local customers love. * **Viral Dubai Chocolate:** This is the bar everyone is talking about. I make these with a thick chocolate shell, a generous filling of roasted Kunafa dough, and nutty pistachio cream. It's designed to give you a satisfying 'snap' when you break it. ### Why Pre-Order? Since I don't mass-produce, your order is crafted when you request it. Whether you are picking up a box of honey-soaked Baklava for a festival or need a fresh batch of mini Kunafa bites for a gathering, ordering a day or two in advance ensures the pastry stays crisp and the cheese doesn't lose its texture. If you have a specific flavor preference or are looking for a gift hamper, let me know when you message me—I am always happy to customize. ## About Beyond the Butter Hi, I’m the face behind Beyond the Butter.
