Whether you want the Nutella Ferrero cheesecake cups or a layered strawberry dream cake in a tin, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to source the freshest ingredients and make sure your dessert is perfectly set for pickup or delivery across Navi Mumbai. ### Why I love the 'Dream Cake' trend You’ve probably seen the viral dream cake trend—it’s essentially layers of sponge, creamy mousse, and compote packed into a tin. I’ve adapted this for my kitchen because it’s the ultimate comfort dessert. When you scoop into that tin, you get a bit of everything in one bite. I personally layer mine with fresh fruit compotes and rich chocolate, making them a hit for birthdays or just a weekend treat. ### My No-Bake Cheesecake Philosophy I prefer the no-bake method for all my cheesecakes and cheesecake cups. It creates a texture that is lighter, creamier, and melts on the tongue, unlike the denser baked versions. * **The Crust:** I use crushed digestive biscuits or Lotus Biscoff crumbs mixed with butter for that perfect salty-sweet crunch. * **The Filling:** A stable blend of cream cheese and whipped cream, minus any gelatin, ensuring it stays wobbly and rich. * **The Flavors:** From the crowd-favourite Nutella Ferrero to the fruity Blueberry and the popular Lotus Biscoff, every cup is layered by hand. ### Customizing Your Order While the flavors you see are my staples, I am always happy to chat if you have a specific color theme or message in mind for a celebration. Since I am based in Old Panvel, I make it easy for you to drop by and pick up your order. If you are further out in Navi Mumbai, let me know when you place your order, and we can figure out delivery options to get your treats to you fresh. ## About Beyond the Butter I started Beyond the Butter in my Panvel kitchen six years ago because I wanted to be part of your happiest moments. Every cheesecake and dream cake you see here is made by me, with zero shortcuts and lots of heart, just to make your celebrations feel a little more special.
