Since I bake in small batches here in Panvel, I have the time to focus on these tiny details—like ensuring the gold sprinkles on the cupcakes are placed by hand for that perfect, clean look. When I started Beyond the Butter, my goal was simple: make treats that look as good as they taste. This gallery is a collection of the designs that pushed me to learn new skills. The floral piping work, like the purple rose cake, is one of my favorite challenges. It takes a steady hand and patience, but seeing that full bloom effect is worth it. For larger events, like engagement ceremonies or corporate get-togethers, I often get requests for cupcakes. Unlike big factory-made orders, I prepare these fresh. Whether you need white and gold frosting for a formal wedding vibe or something more colorful, the process starts with a conversation about your theme. Since I work out of my home kitchen, I treat every order as if it were for my own family. If you have a reference image—even if it is just a sketch or a Pinterest find—share it with me. I love trying new designs. Remember to plan ahead for bulk orders, especially for weekend functions in Navi Mumbai, so I can ensure everything is baked fresh and ready for pickup. ## About Beyond the Butter Hi, I am the face behind Beyond the Butter in Panvel.
