You get a dedicated specialist who acts as your host. They guide the games, break the ice, and ensure those moments of hesitation turn into heartfelt conversations. It is their job to make sure you focus on the person across from you while they handle the choreography. ### Who We Are We are a team of birthday engineers who started in 2015, driven by the belief that celebrations should be about feelings, not just parcels. We do not do boring gifts. Instead, we show up, tell your story, and ensure the reaction is real. ### The Role of a Surprise Specialist Most people think a surprise is just decor. We know better. A true surprise requires a host—a Surprise Specialist who knows when to prompt, when to step back, and how to turn a quiet table at a cafe into an emotional memory. Whether you are planning a proposal or a simple birthday, our specialists are there to manage the flow. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Do I need a host for my surprise?** If you want the event to be interactive rather than static, yes. A host handles the games, the cake cutting, and the flow of the surprise so you do not have to stress about the schedule. **Do you work across all of Bangalore?** Yes, our team operates throughout the city. We coordinate with local cafes and venues to ensure your setup is ready before you arrive. **How do you personalize the experience?** Our creative team builds the concept from scratch based on your relationship history. We avoid templates and copy-paste methods entirely. ## About The Surprise Store We started as a bunch of friends in 2015 trying to figure out how to make people cry happy tears. Today, we are a team of surprise engineers who believe that real memories are not bought in a store. They are created when people genuinely connect.
