Our process centers on the Surprise Specialist, a trained host who manages the entire reveal, guides the emotional conversation, and ensures our filmmaker captures the reaction live. You get to actually live the moment, while we handle the execution and the nerves. When we say we don't do 'copy-paste' surprises, we mean it. Every event is planned as a unique project, not a template. Here is how we turn your idea into a core memory: ### 1. The Concept Phase We start by digging into your story. Whether it is an anniversary, a proposal, or a 'sorry' surprise, our team asks questions that help us build a theme that fits your relationship, not just a generic package. ### 2. The Setup & Venue Forget crowded mall corners. We have curated a list of surprise-friendly venues across Bengaluru—cozy cafes, garden setups, or villa rooftops—where the ambiance is set before you even arrive. No staff interaction mid-surprise, just your private space. ### 3. The Human Element This is the biggest differentiator. You get a dedicated Surprise Specialist. They aren't just there to drop off decor; they are hosts. They facilitate games, prompt the emotional 'big reveal', and ensure the flow of the event keeps the energy high. ### 4. Capturing the Memory Most people miss the moment because they are too busy holding a phone to record it. Our in-house filmmaker stays in the background, candidly capturing the real reactions. You get a professionally edited after-movie that actually feels like a movie, not a grainy phone clip. We started in 2015 with nothing but trial and error. Today, with 35,000+ surprises under our belt, we know that the effort you put into the planning is what the other person remembers. We are just here to make sure that effort pays off. ## About The Surprise Store We’re just a crazy bunch of birthday engineers who started this back in 2015. No corporate fluff, just pure effort and a lot of trial and error to make sure your surprise actually feels like one.
