In our 10-day foundation camp, we provide everything you need—from shared imported air rifles and pistols to the safety gear and pellets—so you can focus entirely on your stance, trigger control, and breath discipline under my personal guidance. Shooting is a sport of precision, but it begins with mental stillness. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your fundamentals, our camp is designed to build a solid foundation. ### The Learning Process We move beyond the basics of holding a firearm. The curriculum integrates dry training—practicing stance and trigger pull without live ammunition—which is crucial for building muscle memory. As you progress, we introduce electronic target systems that provide immediate, data-backed feedback on every shot. This allows us to correct your technique in real-time, helping you understand exactly where your accuracy is drifting. ### Why the Foundation Matters I emphasize a holistic approach. You will find that our sessions balance technical range time with ground exercises for core stability, plus yoga and breathing techniques. This isn't just about shooting; it is about learning to lower your heart rate and maintain focus under the pressure of a match. ### Practical Details - **Duration:** 10 consecutive days (1.5 to 2 hours per session). - **Inclusions:** Usage of club-category imported air rifles and pistols, 300 training-grade pellets, and range access. - **Outcome:** We conclude with an internal batch tournament. It simulates real match conditions, giving you a taste of competitive pressure and a certificate of completion. Our facility in Hulimavu is equipped with Olympic-grade infrastructure.
