This means your child is learning standardized technique—from Tatkar footwork to precise Mudras—in an air-conditioned, mirrored environment that is designed specifically for children to practice safely and comfortably. ### Why Choose Kathak for Your Child? Kathak is more than a dance form; it is a discipline that builds core strength, concentration, and spatial awareness. For children, the rhythmic footwork (Tatkar) and the storytelling nature of the movements act as a fantastic outlet for energy while teaching patience and grace. ### The BEPIC Approach We believe in balancing tradition with a modern, child-friendly environment. Our studio is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wall-to-wall mirrors, which are essential for students to monitor their own posture and alignments during practice. We keep our batches limited to 8-12 students. This ensures that our instructors can provide personal corrections for every child, rather than having them get lost in a crowd. ### Syllabus & Progression We align our curriculum with the Prayag Sangeet Samiti and Gandharva Mahavidyalaya standards. This provides a clear path for progression, whether your child is just starting or looking to master complex Chakkar spins. **What to expect in class:** * **Frequency:** 3 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday options). * **Structure:** Each 60-minute session balances warm-ups, technical footwork, and expressive choreography. * **Attire:** Students practice barefoot to ensure proper grounding and connection with the rhythm. ### Performance & Confidence We encourage students to apply what they learn through our annual 'Jashn-e-Bachpan' stage events. We view stage performance not as a test, but as a way to build confidence. Seeing their own progress in a group setting helps children take pride in their craft, and we frequently record choreography clips to share with parents, keeping you involved in their journey. ## About BEPIC We are a family here, not a factory. At BEPIC, we see Kathak as more than just footwork; it is a way to build your child's posture, focus, and cultural connection right here in Najafgarh.
