Whether it's a routine DHPPiL vaccination or their very first soapy bath, we go slow, use plenty of treats, and talk them through it with a gentle, "Trust the process, magale" until they are calm, clean, and ready to head home. ### Your Pet's First Steps Bringing a new puppy or kitten home is exciting, but their first visits to the vet and groomer can be overwhelming. Our approach is designed to change that. We don't rush; we let them explore our space, sniff around, and get comfortable before we start any examination or grooming. ### Vaccination & Health Checks We stick to a strict cold-chain protocol for all core vaccines like DHPPiL and Anti-Rabies. When you bring your puppy in for their first round, we do more than just the shot. We perform a full vitals assessment—weighing them, checking their temperature, and palpating for any concerns. It is our chance to catch potential issues early, from dietary needs to flea management, ensuring they are on the right track for a long, healthy life. ### A Gentle Introduction to Grooming For many kittens and puppies, being handled or exposed to water is new. Our grooming approach for these little ones involves: * **Sensory Adjustment:** Getting them used to the feeling of brushes and the sound of dryers in a quiet, low-stress environment. * **Pet-Specific Products:** We only use products safe for young, sensitive skin. * **Positive Reinforcement:** We use treats and a lot of calm talking to make sure they associate the grooming table with good things, not fear. ### Why Our Clinic is Different We have set up our clinic in Jeevan Bheema Nagar to be separate from the hustle of the shop floor. This keeps the environment quiet, hygienic, and calm—exactly what a young pet needs for a stress-free check-up. Whether it is your kitten's first nail trim or your puppy's booster shot, we ensure the experience is as comfortable for them as it is for you. ## About Bengaluru Pet Company We are the Bengaluru Pet Company team, and honestly, we treat every kitten and puppy that walks in like our own.
