We focus on relief. Whether it is severe matting pulling on the skin or a heavy tick infestation, we prioritize safety over a perfect style. If your pet is nervous or aggressive, we take the extra time to calm them down, using muzzles or gentle restraints only when absolutely necessary to keep everyone safe. Our goal is to ensure your pet leaves feeling lighter and pain-free, not stressed by the process. ### Why Specialized Care Matters Many owners wait until a situation is severe before visiting a groomer. By then, mats can be tight enough to restrict movement or cause skin infections, and tick bites can lead to serious health issues. We treat these cases as medical grooming. We use specialized tools to gently remove dead undercoat and tangled fur without causing further pain to your pet's skin. ### Handling Anxious & Nervous Pets Some pets find the salon environment overwhelming. We understand this. Our team in Jeevan Bheema Nagar is trained to read animal body language. We do not rush. If a pet is fearful, we use positive reinforcement, take frequent breaks, and use calming techniques. If a muzzle is required for the safety of both the pet and our groomers, we explain the necessity to you directly. We believe in transparency and the well-being of the animal above all else. ### Our Process for Health-Focused Grooming * **Skin Inspection:** We check for hot spots, hidden ticks, and flea bites during the initial consultation. * **Mat Management:** For extreme cases, we may recommend a 'reset' haircut to allow the skin to heal from irritation. * **Deep Cleaning:** We use hypoallergenic shampoos that soothe inflamed skin rather than irritating it further. * **Post-Grooming Guidance:** We often provide advice on how to manage your pet's hygiene at home to prevent these issues from recurring. Visit our salon in Bengaluru to get your pet back to a healthy, comfortable state. ## About Bengaluru Pet Company We are Bengaluru Pet Company, and we treat your pets like our own kids.
