Whether you see us at the K1 National Kickboxing Championship or a local Jiu-Jitsu tournament, the energy is the same. We push each other because we know that progress is a team sport. ### Training That Works We don’t rely on shiny gimmicks. We rely on technique, sweat, and consistent reps. Our sessions cover the full spectrum of combat: - Striking: Muay Thai clinches, elbows, and boxing footwork. - Grappling: BJJ submissions, wrestling takedowns, and sprawl defense. - MMA Integration: Connecting the dots for cage work and ground-and-pound. Our environment is industrial and rugged. No AC, just heat, focus, and grit. We are based in Jnana Jyothi Nagar, Jalahalli, and Basaveshwara Nagar, making it easier for our community across Bengaluru to get their training in. If you are serious about fighting or just want to get fit with a group that holds you to a high standard, come down.
