We do not just focus on the fun parts; we spend serious time on repetitive drills like service reception and defensive footwork, which is where most juniors actually lose points. You will be on court with about 40 other kids, so it is a high-energy environment designed to mimic real match pressure. Training at our summer camp is about more than just getting active. As the official grassroots academy for the Bengaluru Torpedoes, we run this program to give young players a taste of professional-level discipline. ### What to expect: - **Technical Focus:** We break down the spiking approach, service reception, and blocking footwork. If you are doing it wrong, I will correct you on the spot. - **Physicality:** Expect plyometrics, agility ladder drills, and bodyweight circuits. A volleyball player is an athlete first, and we build that foundation. - **The Vibe:** We keep it intense. You are training on high-quality synthetic or wooden courts. We do not cut corners because the goal is for you to leave with a stronger game. If you are 12-16, this is where you learn to be a serious player. It is not always easy, but like I always say, 'Never Ever Give up'. That is how you get results. We have kids coming from all over Bengaluru for this. *Illi practice madidre* (if you practice here), your game will definitely improve. We make sure you aren't just learning drills, but learning how to compete as a team. ## About BT Volleyball Academy I believe volleyball is life and I bring that energy to every single training session.
