It is a strategic game that challenges your team to react, make split-second decisions, and communicate under pressure. You do not need to be an athlete to start. I design these sessions to be inclusive and safe, ensuring everyone from the intern to the CEO gets engaged, active, and learns something new about how they approach challenges. We bring the entire fencing setup to your office or preferred venue in Bengaluru. I provide all FIE-standard gear, including jackets, masks, and flexible foil weapons designed for beginners. The session starts with basic footwork and safety drills, followed by guided sparring that emphasizes strategy over raw strength. We focus on the OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) to help teams sharpen their focus and resilience. Whether you choose a short, high-energy icebreaker or a half-day championship tournament, your team will leave with a fresh perspective on collaboration and problem-solving. We handle the logistics, hygiene, and coaching, so you just show up ready to learn. ## About Lohith Vijay I am Lohith Vijay. After years of competing and coaching at the international level, I started this club to bring the discipline of fencing to everyone. I believe in helping teams build the same strategic focus I used on the Olympic circuit.
